This document describes known issues that may affect your experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2.
The following known issues exist in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Cumulative Update 1.
Metadata version not set during technical upgrade from NAV 2013
Description: When importing or compiling new objects after a technical upgrade from NAV 2013, the following message is displayed: “The table definition is invalid and cannot be validated.” This is because the imported application tables do not have a metadata version in the database.
Workaround: Apply platform hotfix
SEPA payments are grouped differently
Description: The format of SEPA payment files that you export from Microsoft Dynamics NAV has changed so that information is grouped on fewer lines to be processed by the bank. If you used Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 to export SEPA payments, the older XML format is missing information that is required to calculate payments correctly according to the new grouping.
Workaround: To fix this issue, make sure that all payments are exported before you begin the update to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Cumulative Update 1.
Help content released with the cumulative update is not translated
Description: Help files released with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Cumulative Update 1 are in English language only. If the files are added to a language-specific folder on the Help Server, users will see English content. In addition, there is a risk that existing translated files will be overwritten with English versions.
Workaround: See the “How to: Update to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Cumulative Update 1” document on the
