Web support: Sign in to your Office 365 account and go to the Office 365 Admin Center. If you are able to access the Support – New Service Request option in the left navigation and are directed to the 'Create a service request' page use this to submit a web ticket. If you do not get access to the 'Create a service request' page but instead see the Need Help pane on the right side, please proceed to use the phone number options listed below.
